SERVICES
Human Factors and Performance Pty Ltd exists to solve the critical issues facing our clients, both large and small. We address all aspects of human factors and ergonomics. We are particularly experienced in both the cognitive and physical factors involved in control room design.
We also mitigate and address human error in complex and safety critical systems with a focus on Human-Computer and Human-Machine Interaction.
Our consultants are particularly adept at maximising employee engagement through job-design that is both rewarding and productive. An essential consideration during the current "Great Resignation".

CONSULTATIVE APPROACH
Our approach is not to roll out predefined solutions. We want to understand the issues facing your company and provide solutions that you and your workforce want to implement. Through consultation we, not only identify more thorough solutions, but also gain buy-in from the personnel who will be asked to work with the solution. This approach results in better strategies for which personnel feel responsible and consequently greatly improve the chance of success.

SCIENCE AND EVIDENCE BASED APPROACH
Human Factors and Performance uses a scientific basis in its assumptions about the physical, perception and cogntive abilities of the intended audience to produce evidence-based, repeatable results
